Disappointing
I felt sorry for the girl who they threw in at the deep end to cut my hair. This girl was clearly not trained in any way! I'm a hairdresser myself and the experience was embarrassing. My stylist couldn't even wash my hair properly, didn't even ask me what I was having done before 'shampooing' and then cut the length without sectioning. Then cut my fringe with again no sectioning. any professional hairdressers would feel ashamed at taking someone's money for something my 7 year old niece could do better. The rest of the staff were giggling about nights out together drinking and having to come to work with a hang over. I don't blame the girl doing my hair at all, I blame the joke of so called management
