About Us

The Alendale Guest House is a Grade Two listed Georgian building found in the beautiful seaside town of Weymouth. We have five en-suite rooms available on a B&B basis. We provide a choice for breakfast and source produce locally. We are an 8 minute walk to the town and the beach is just 50 yards away.

We highly recommend the warm friendly atmosphere of this home from home Guest House. The breakfasts are out of this world with the special touch of local produce. Nothing was to much trouble for the hosts, Jim & Denise. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great value for money establishment and we will definitely be back

Alendale Guest House

I stayed here for a couple of days, started with the most delicious breakfast of my whole trip, much local produce and you can see on the menue where your bacon comes from. Jim and Denise are great hosts. In case that I will come to Weymouth again I wood book here. Really highly recommended !

Would recommend this guest house, friendly and warm welcome by hosts, room spacious and clean, en suite spotless. Great touch with homemade shortbread on our arrival. Breakfast very good, tasty with fresh produce used. Only stayed one night but would use again.

Alendale Guest House

This guesthouse is run by a fantastically hospitable couple, Jim and Denise Bowie, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was to die for, if only the English weather could be the same!!!
