Held Me to Ransom
I would never use these guys again and have told all my friends the same thing. We had a delay in our move which we knew might happen between sale and purchase. We spoke to these guys and explained what might happen and asked what that might mean in terms of cost if they had to store our stuff. We were told one thing but it ended up being another - almost 3 times as much!! They were needlessly agressive and said unless I pay their exhorbitant fee I wouldn't see my furniture! Steer clear at all costs!!
