• Shame about the music

  Dusk use to be a great pub a few years ago after changing from ‘Players’ to ‘Dusk’The music was spot on and always modern and energetic. Great little dance club for a few drinks and a little dance. Not the biggest place but was good for price of alcohol and just a linking place before moving on elsewhere.I cannot same the same for Dusk anymore as I really don’t enjoy the music they play (very old fashioned) and not forgetting to mention the fee on the door to get in, which can’t really be justified in my opinion.Great place for organised Party’s though and I know they offer a great deal on this, at least you can choose PROPER music then.If they sort out the music then this club would be OK and worth a visit whilst doing the rounds on a night out. Close to the beach etc.

• ok for a few drinks

  I did used to really love dusk and it was the best club to go, but now the music can be a bit old fashioned and cheesy. It doesn’t really get as busy anymore and is usually full of drunken people, who will dance to anything. I feel that they need to bring back more of a variety of music to attract some of the old customers they have lost.I do enjoy going in there for a few drinks in the evening or a soft drink in the day, looking out to sea but, isn’t one of my favourites anymore.
