supurb gym , completetly separte mens and womens gym the reception area is central so there is no need to walk through the body building area if u dont want to ,top of the range cv equipment and helpfull freindly staff

This is a great gym since it has everything you need. For body building or toning there is a separate weights room and there is a separate fitness/ cardio room too, with a ladies only gym up top! The reception room is NOT in the mens body building part since this is in a seperate room!!!! Friendly and experienced staff, great products to buy and good value for money!!

Great value for money. Seperate facilities for men and women. For the serious body builder you can find no better. If you just want to tone and lose weight then there is endless help and support. It does not have to be intimidating as the weights room is seperate from the rest of the gym. Comes highly recommended unless you want to pose - there are no leotards here!

if you want to walk through a room of beefy men then this is the place for you. There is no way of avoiding them as the reception area is in the mens body building gym. Shame as the facilities are good
